GUEST SERVICES HAS MOVED TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
Guest Services is now located in the Towne Mall Management Office near Belk. We continue to offer American Express Gift Cards, faxes, copies, lost and found, applications, job listings, wheelchairs and mall information. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. For directions or assistance week nights from 5:30 pm to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 12:30 pm to 5:30pm please call Security at 270-769-8422
Restroom facilities: Mens, Womens and Family restrooms are located by the Towne Mall Management Office near Belk.
Public telephone: is located near the Children Play Area by Lens Crafters.
ATM Machine: is located near PacSun and Rack Room Shoes.
Strollers: are available for a fee of $5 located in the JC Penney wing.
Located at the center of the Mall is our Security Office. If you need to contact Security, please call their cell phone at 270-769-8422, which is graciously answered 24 hours a day.
Towne Mall is a smoke free environment.
